Associate

Vaithieis is an associate in the firm’s Family & Private Clients practice group.

She specialises in all areas of Family law, including but not limited to contentious and non-contentious divorce proceedings, maintenance for wife and children, division of matrimonial assets, family violence, wills and probate matters as well as mental capacity matters. 

Vaithieis is passionate about practicing community law as it allows her to utilise her skills and knowledge to give back to the society by contributing to someone’s life in a meaningful way. She is emphatic and sensitive when dealing with her clients and she strives to give them the best possible solution to their problems. 

EXPERIENCE

Some of the matters that Vaithieis has been involved in include: 

• Advised and acted for the Applicant in a complex high net worth High Court matter involving division of assets, maintenance and child related issues. 

• Advised and acted for the Applicant in a prominent high-profile matter involving cross border and relocation issues. 

• Advised and acted for both Applicants and Respondents in several ancillary matters’ hearings involving division of assets, maintenance and child related issues. 

• Assisted and acted for clients both pre-writ and post-writ. 

• Advised and acted for client in cross-border divorce where one party is located out of Singapore. 

• Advised and acted for client in a contested probate matter. 

• Advised and acted for clients in family violence matters. 

• Assisted in mediations both pre-writ and post-writ.
