We are dedicated to securing effective resolutions for you.

Our principal strength and forte is our expertise and experience in achieving the best outcomes for clients in the disputes they encounter. We are market leaders in the field of litigation and dispute resolution.

Our lawyers are experienced and specialist litigators who have been involved in complex and high value litigation at all levels of the Singapore Courts.  They are skilled at handling and arguing appeals or applications and equally adept at conducting a trial with rigour.

Our clients include multinational corporations, local and foreign listed companies, banks and financial institutions, small-medium enterprises, start-ups and high net-worth individuals.

Where a matter has to go all the way to a full trial for determination by the Court, we are with our client every step of the way.  We are committed to being well prepared and on top of the evidence that is being presented.  We also advise our clients on the trial strategy and trial preparations so that their evidence is presented in a clear and convincing manner.

Prior To Proceedings

We believe that a successful resolution of disputes does not always require the commencement of formal proceedings.

Our early-stage involvement in contentious matters has helped our clients to achieve a landing before further escalation. We have also helped shape the way a dispute evolves in a way that is more advantageous for clients.

We also provide legal opinions to our clients on the strengths of their case and formulate the strategies to reinforce their legal position.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

While we stand ready to robustly advance or defend a position in favour of our client, we also work hard to find practical solutions via alternative dispute resolution mechanisms that are geared towards providing a cost-effective way to amicably resolve the differences at hand.

We have been involved in numerous mediations where we successfully resolved the dispute in a win-win solution for our clients and achieved outcomes that rescue the relationship between the parties amicably.
