Jesher is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice group. He focuses on corporate and commercial matters and advises corporate entities on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and sales and purchases of assets. Jesher also has experience in general corporate and compliance advisory matters

EXPERIENCE

• Represented a client on their joint venture exit involving the divestment of shares in companies in Singapore, India, and Nepal.

• Advised a local company in their acquisition of a healthcare clinic in Singapore and on regulatory matters.

• Represented a sole proprietor on the asset sale of a healthcare clinic and leasing of clinic premises.

• Acted for a company headquartered in Greece in the amalgamation of two of their Singapore subsidiaries.

• Represented a client in their lease negotiations for retail premises.

• Assisted a fund manager on their application for CMS licensing in Singapore.

• Advised a local bank on its sanctions clauses in relation to its template letter of credit. 

• Advised a financial institution on a facility extended to an SME lending platform.

• Represented a company headquartered in India in the restructuring of their subsidiaries in several jurisdictions including Singapore.
