Amanda is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Conveyancing practice group and Family and Private Clients practice group. She has experience advising both high net worth individuals and corporate clients, gained through her years in private practice at a big 4 law firm and an in-house role. Her current practice focuses on real estate matters and family law.

 

Amanda recgonises that family disputes are inherently sensitive and often have long-lasting implications on the families involved. She therefore adopts a practical and empathetic approach to problem solving. Her experience across children custody, maintenance matters, complex ancillary proceedings involving division of matrimonial assets with third-party interests, and conveyancing enables her to provide seamless and holistic advice on family and private client matters from both a legal and practical perspective. 

 

EXPERIENCE

Amanda has well-rounded experience across multiple areas of law, including: 

• Handling conveyancing documentation and attending to property purchase and sale completions

• Advising and representing high net worth clients in mediation and settlement negotiations relating to divorce proceedings

• Volunteering at legal clinics and representing clients under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme

• Advising corporate clients including the Monetary Authority of Singapore on the update of the Government of Singapore’s Medium Term Note Programme for the issuance of Singapore Government Securities (Infrastructure) (2023), SATS Ltd. on its rights issue of new ordinary shares raising approximately S$798.8 million (2022), and CapitaLand Investment Limited on its listing by way of introduction following a strategic restructuring of the CapitaLand Group (2021)
